What to include (faster resolution)
- Your account email (the one you used to sign in).
- The page you were on (for example: Diagnostic, Billing, or Settings).
- Any request IDs shown in the UI (or from the browser network panel).
- A short description of what you expected vs what happened.
Quick troubleshooting checklist
If something is not working, these steps resolve many common issues and help us diagnose faster:
- Sign out and sign back in, then retry.
- Try a private window or a different browser.
- Disable extensions that might block scripts or audio access.
- Confirm your microphone permission is allowed for solofluency.com.
Billing questions
If you have a subscription question, start with the Pricing page to review plan limits and overage packs. For refund eligibility, review the Refund Policy.
If you are already subscribed, you can manage renewal or cancellation from the in-app Billing page. For general usage details, see How it works and FAQ.
Privacy and data requests
If you have privacy questions or need a data export/delete request, review the Privacy Policy and contact legal@solofluency.com.
Security reports
If you believe you found a security issue, email security@solofluency.com with steps to reproduce and any relevant screenshots. Please do not post vulnerability details publicly before we have a chance to investigate.
Response times
We aim to respond to most support requests within 1-2 business days. During launch periods, response times may be longer. If your request is urgent, include "URGENT" in the subject line and provide the request IDs.
